3337x Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3337x platform and all its services. 3337x is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 3337x. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The terms and conditions of 3337x are written in Bengali and have been specifically prepared for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated at any time to improve services or to meet legal requirements.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 3337x platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity.
• You must use your account for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not have a prior permanent ban from the platform.

2.1 Age Verification

3337x reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. A national identity card, birth registration certificate, or any other government-issued ID may be requested as proof of age. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all such accounts will be closed. Multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may be identified as duplicates.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account on 3337x, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If someone accesses your account without your permission, notify our support team immediately. 3337x is not liable for suspicious activity if it is not reported in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 3337x is ৳200. The following payment methods are accepted:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer if identity verification has not been completed or if a security review is required.

4.3 Transaction Security

3337x secures all financial transactions using SSL encryption. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted. Please use a bank or mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If money laundering, fraud, or any other suspicious financial activity is detected, 3337x reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and cancel the transaction. The relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the combined total of the bonus and the deposit before a withdrawal can be made.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a 120% bonus of ৳1,200. The total of ৳2,200 multiplied by 20 means ৳44,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own terms and expiry date.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• A bonus applies only when an active bonus code is entered at the time of deposit.
• 3337x reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abuse.
• VIP cashback bonuses are awarded on a weekly basis and their own separate terms apply.

5.4 VIP Program

The 3337x VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold, and up to 1.0% for Platinum. Moving to a higher tier depends on activity on the platform.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

3337x is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified by a third party.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the specific game page. Different limits may apply for special promotions or tournaments.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the result of any game becomes uncertain due to a software or hardware error, 3337x reserves the right to void that bet and return the deposited amount. Winnings paid out under faulty conditions will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA World Cup, and other international sporting events. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the refund policy stated on the specific event page will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using hacking, malware, or other technical means.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Disrupting other users' access to the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Deliberately providing false identity or information.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and any available balance will be returned.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 3337x

3337x may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• A breach of the Terms is detected.
• Age or identity verification fails.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the user's own request (responsible gaming).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and this will be communicated at the time of account reactivation.

9. Responsible Gaming

3337x places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming should be for entertainment — not as a source of income.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for self-exclusion. Your account can be suspended for a set period (from 30 days to permanent).

9.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A request to increase a limit will take effect after a review period of 24 to 48 hours, but a decision to reduce a limit will take effect immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.
• 3337x is not liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal review, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mediation. If mediation also fails to resolve the dispute, appropriate legal action may be taken.

12.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, 3337x's server logs will be considered as final evidence. The deadline for filing a dispute is within 72 hours of the incident.

13. Changes to Terms

3337x reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
